About Us
Sprague Designs manufactures unique menu boards and chalkboard signs. Quality craftsmanship goes into the construction of each menu board which is built in our workshop and may be customized upon request. All frames are made of solid wood and can be used indoors or outdoors. Single sided chalkboards have a hinged leg in back that locks into place for standing or folds down for easy storage. Brass hardware and chains are used on all of the double sided A frames. Wall mounted menu boards have preinstalled hardware for easy hanging. Made in the USA, our chalkboards are very durable and built to last. Our blackboards use standard dry erase white or colored chalk. Chalk and eraser are included with each order.
Small customizations, changes in color or wording are FREE. Please contact us if you have any questions. Our business hours are Monday - Friday, 9am to 5pm. If you have any problems ordering online, just give us a call at 417-989-1034 and we will take your order over the phone.
Approximate Shipping Time
All orders are shipped by FedEx Ground. Custom orders are ready to ship in approximately 5 business days. Shipping times are not guaranteed, but most orders are delivered to your door in 7-10 days from the time of purchase. All packages are securely wrapped and insured for safe delivery. Each shipment has a tracking number which can be viewed online.
Refund Policy
If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, please let us know and we will work to resolve the issue. If you have any questions, contact us at sales@spraguedesigns.com. We only issue refunds or replacements in the event of damage, the order is cancelled before the item ships, or if the incorrect item is received. In the event of any damage during shipment, we will send a replacement. Any unauthorized returns will be refused.
